Hi Shaun, Eve and the team

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank you all on building the toughest Fat boy Lo in the state maybe the country, the pictures are proof of this.

Shaun, mate, thanks for your expertise and guidance in the overwhelming task of deciding what parts to replace, what colour to pick, what works together what doesn’t, cheap v’s expensive, the list goes on, without your help my dream bike would still be a figure in my imagination.

Eve thank you, every time I adventured into the shop there was always big smile, hello and offers of a coffee.

Matt and Ben thanks gents, you have built one hell of a bike. I envy your great work and tradesman ship.

Thanks again
Cheers
Josh Kelly

Thanyou,
I want to say a huge thankyou to all the staff at TITAN TRIKE AND BIKE for the service that they have provided me with the customising of my ride.
I walked in off the street out of the blue on Saturday morning and asked if TITAN could build me a bike. I had herd rumour of their service with custom work, servicing and knowledge of anything on two wheels.
I remember the day well, I first approach Eva at the front desk, we had a quick positive chat on the subject from there Eva put me onto Matt in the work shop. Mat gave me a quick tour of the premises showing me some of their work with a look of pride in his eye. As we walked though to the back work shop many things took my attention, but two that stay with me are the quality of work that had been completed and the work shop that you could eat your food off.
Matt and I stopped in the back work shop cutting the fat and throwing ideas around. This is when I first met Shaun {NED}. Well Ned and I went on with more ideas and dreams while Matt returned to his work.
Ned and I decided I bring the bike down the following saturday morning. From there the work started from fabricating to purchasing parts Titan managed it all from WO to GO. I would make a fortnightly visit to talk with Ned on parts and the theme we would create, I also paid as we built Eva always had accounts itemized for me and explained all costings as we progressed. This one thread in the build that you do not usually encounter, the shop and the customer working as one through the process and not a large bill at the end you cant pay.
Titan built the bike grey with every little detail added before even paint was thought of. This is where the knowledge of Ned, Matt and Ben {Ben was added to the build in the early part of fabrication} was magnified to me. Their experience on what would be required, what would rub and how the bike would go to together while it was only a shadow of what it was going to be. As Titan worked through my new scoot I would take photos of my pride and joy. I found that Ben had more than me, we shared a chuckle on this. But this instilled in me that Ben and the rest of the shop take on ownership of their work with pride, its just not a job to them, its something they are proud of.
The finished project turned out better than the vision I had started with. This bike has it all turns heads and most of all rider comfortabiliy for me, which Ned made sure of when fabricating.

I can not say enough about Titan and its entire staff.
What i will say is if you want a bike, build a bike, parts, anything on bikes and service with pride and knowledge go to Titan take my word for it ill back this shop any day.

Mouse Barker

Hi Shaun, Eva and staff
I am not a technical savvy kind of bloke but have had several Triumphs and Harleys over a period of 40 years.

I can polish them, make them look good (Custom Winning Bikes) and ride them like they're supposed to be ridden, angry and fast. But....DON'T let me near a spanner..(bad news for everyone).

Until I saved up, traded, worked my arse off to buy a 2007 Nighttrain from Shaun at Titan some 4 years ago....FUCK..WHAT A DIFFERENCE... power, suspension, indicators, button to start it, etc etc...

Then I discovered recently Titan purchased a Serco Dynojet (a large room which you strap your bike into, filled with computers and fans and other stuff).
Matt, head Mechanic at Titan, (I LOVE YOU LONG TIME....YOU NUMBER ONE) sits on my bike, presses buttons and makes lots of noise. My bike has had a few modifications... 585 cams, LA cycle heads, custom exhaust, power commander etc.

And ... it goes... so I thought.

After the dynotune I took it for a ride... pissing with rain,of course....but I didn't care cause I was too excited.

Ok, as technical as I can get.

What I used to do in 5th gear I can now do in 6th gear, no problem. How about slowly through the gears up to 5th, 170kph, then into 6th, 220kph. Then had to back off for corner on the highway. Oh Fuck...more torque than a tupperware party.

Maximum power 86.29...Maximum torque 107.41 at 3,500 revs .... 20% Load Test

I can sit in 6th gear at 90kph behind tourist car looking everywhere except where he's supposed to. Then I can give it to it and look in the rear vision mirror and see them in the distance.

Now I feel safe riding like I like...THANK YOU so much. It's beautiful to know you have the power to go when you want to.
So if you don't believe me come for a ride with me.

Titan Trike and Bike,

Real people that know how to Build, Ride and Maintain our lifestyle.

B.F.N.
Mangus

ps. Be careful when it comes up behind you because it won't be there long....

G’Day Doc.

Love the Mag, though Im running out of shelf space!

I thought I might share an episode from our latest annual trek to Tassie.
March 2011 saw four blokes from Melbourne travelling to Tassie for the annual bike trip week away. To cut a long story short as we were coming into Hobart and my battery light came on and my Buell 1125CR would start no more. By pure chance (TV add in the hotel room!) we found a local motorcycle repairer, TITAN bike and trike.
The guys at Titan checked it out for me and found out it was the stator, which meant bad news for me. Shaun, the owner of Titan ran through my options with me, as my bike was still under warranty and it was all covered by Harley assist which Shaun and Matt from Titan informed me.
We stayed at Titan throughout the day, only to find out that there were no parts from Harley Davidson in stock, and parts had to come from the USA which was going to take around 14 days. We spent more than six hours with Shaun and the boys from Titan, offering the four of us drinks all day and a great tour of the place. I can’t begin to explain the fantastic hospitality they showed us.
Whilst we were there, Shaun organised for my bike to get shipped to Melbourne (Harley Heaven), and spoke with HD assist and organised a hire car for the rest of the trip back up the east coast.
We returned back to Melbourne and my bike came a few days later. Finally my bike is back with me and all is running beautifully.
One thing I do have to mention is that Shaun and the guys at Titan didn’t want any payment what so ever for the time and work they did, these guys didn’t know us from a bar of soap. There are still good guys out there, thanks very much Shaun, Matt and all the guys at TITAN BIKE AND TRIKE.
Not sure if many readers have ever felt overwhelmed and lost from breaking down in a remote/ unknown area, but these guys had it all covered and showed nothing but professionalism and true knowledge of the HD product.
We will be visiting Titan bike and trike next year, and adding it to our annual trek. The next time you readers are in Hobart may I suggest you pop your head in and say hello to Shaun and the boys... awesome blokes.

Mick Patrick.

Hi Eva and all the crew from TITAN

Just a little note to thank you ALL, for your incredible service and getting me on the road with my mates around Tassie.

With my Harley Deuce refusing to start after the second day on our trip round Tassie and my mates getting a little frustrated at walking up hills and pushing me to get going, I held out very little hope of having a fun road trip. Fortunately, one phone call to Titan Bike & Trike and the response was “Sure bring it in and we will get you going ASAP”.

Even while Matt was getting frustrated finding a bearing gone in my starter motor and having to strip nearly all the bike to get at it, along with having to drain all the oil once again, Shaun was kind enough to take myself and two mates around your workshops.

The custom bikes were amazing, along with the obvious hand craftsmanship and true passion on show, I was able to nod my head in an attempt to look not too, dumbstruck while Shaun gave us all, the technical rendition of his incredible knowledge.

I cannot thank you all enough, for not only the magnificent service, but also the most fun and laughter I have had in any dealers workshop.

I am back home in NSW now after 5,000 clicks without having to figure out how to push start from the ferry and still wearing my TITAN T-shirt with pride. (Might have to wash it shortly!!!)

Cheers

Ian Hoyle

G' Day Shaun

I find my self having to write to you as I find that just verbally thanking you for all that you have done for me is just not enough.

I still several weeks after you installed my Magna Charger find myself constantly walking out to the garage just to look at the Magna Charger, I can not believe after all the problems that I had trying to get the magna charger through another supplier I finally have one.

As you were aware when I first had the pleasure of being introduced to yourself I went through a lot of promises from another supplier, the main one being you will have the Magna charger in eight to nine weeks well after some eight months of ringing the supplier and being told there are delays due to numerous reasons I finally asked for my deposit back and to there credit I received my deposit back in full.

Then after meeting yourself and you told me exactly same you can understand I had a bit of reluctance to hand over such a lot of hard earned money yet again, especially to some one out of the state. Any way I did.

The whole experience of dealing with you and your staff has been a truly memorable one, from the constant phone calls, text messages and emails keeping me up to date with the movements of the Magna Charger to you and Reg flying over to fit the Magna Charger.

I am still amazed that everything you and your staff promised was delivered in todays society were most people are just out for the quick buck it is nice to find some one and a company that has not forgotten the old fashioned values.

I also wish to thank you for helping a number of the members of the social riders club that I belong to they have all commented on the amount of service and technical advise that you have given them

I can not thank you enough, please feel free to give my number to any one that may seem hesitant in purchasing from a company that is out of there state of residence

Regards

Glenn Nicholls (NSW)

Shaun,

WOW, unbelievable! Some one who owns the shop , works in the shop and calls you after you have paid and recieved your bike , just to make sure all is good and if there is anything needed!

This is service I have never had before ,even after buying and riding for 30 yrs. Shaun has phoned, emailed and texted ,through this purchase. All of this when I live over 3,500 ks away.

I agree with all Glenn has to say and still can not get over the service and the one thing most important about Shaun is he has integrity, I really appreciate all the help. Thanx

Shaun also organised bike transport for me, from his shop to my destination. If you get a chance to deal with this man then it will be a great experience.

Shaun a big thank you to you and your team ,you really are top shelf. As for value, I got a great bike in great condition at a really good price. Says it all

Please feel free to ring me Steve Peters on 0749 415171 (Central Qld) if you are an out of towner and would like some re assurance.

G'day Sean,

I wanted to get back to you about the budgie in my Harley-Davidson®...Well, once I tightened the drive belt, and adjusted a rubber mount on my exhaust pipe, the noise was gone. So I didn't use the boys at Harley-Davidson® Development.

I have spoke to Harley-Davidson® in Southport about the clutch hub, and they are contacting Harley-Davidson® about it to see if they will pay for anything to be repaired?? I know, High hopes, and I really don't expect anything, but it's worth a try and I'm still waiting to hear from them. Southport feel it's been like that since day one.

I really appreciate your assistance while in Hobart, it's great to find people that actually try and help when your on the road. You don't find that at any Harley-Davidson® dealership.

I just hit 50,000Km's on the bike and it's running fine for now.

Cheers and I'm glad I stopped into your shop.

Larry S.

Hi Eva & Shaun, I just wanted to make a few comments on my recent first purchase of a Harley-Davidson® Motor Bike @ Harley-Davidson® 2003 100th ANNERVERSARY DEUCE from Titan Bike & Trike.

To be honest I was shitting myself as you probably already know of the unfavorable stigma that comes attached with anything to do with Harley-Davidson®. I was also under the impression that here we go I was going to be taken to the cleaners as I new very little regarding anything mechanical or parts wise to do with Harley-Davidson®'s.

Without sounding that I am pissing in both of your pockets I was very much mistaken & surprised in the way I was treated & looked after. Firstly, any questions that I asked was answered in full & without any problem. Secondly, the way in which the sale was conducted was without question. I did not feel any pressure what so ever in purchasing the Harley-Davidson®, it was left entirely up to me. Thirdly, especially, Shaun's help in choosing bits & pieces (all the good gear) to personalize the bike as mine & Eva's help in choosing the riding gear.

The thing that surprised me the most & was completely unexpected was Shaun's phone call on the Monday to me to check to see if I was happy with the Harley-Davidson® both in what I had purchased & the performance.

Thank you both for all your help

Regards

Tony Schultz

I am writing to thank Shaun and everyone at TITAN BIKE N TRIKE for my 81 wideglide that arrived safe and sound as promised this morning. I live in PAPUA NEW GUINEA and found a similar bike on an ebay auction and after emailing and talking with Shaun found out it was not really what I was looking for. Shaun suggested I take a look at the 81
